Hey, that's a nice thing to say - thank you. There's so many great resources for learning about comics, but there's not any one definitive textbook. I like to read pretty broadly rather than fix myself within any one school of thought, I'm a theoretical magpie.
I guess it's like Kirby said, 'If you think a man draws the type of hands that you want to draw, steal ‘em. Take those hands'.
Besides, I have IBS and so I spend ages in the can every day. That's my study time.
